This talk aims to provide a comprehensive update on case law developments in private children law, with a consideration of key themes and developments.

it is an intermediate level course with the objective of providing the busy practitioner with a comprehensive panoramic update on case law, covering both significant and recent cases, as well as statutory developments. The material will assist the busy practitioner in furthering knowledge and the direct application of that learning to the practical application to cases both in advice, presentation and advocacy, so as to ensure you are more confident in the practical application of private children law.

It is an intermediate level course with the objective of providing the busy practitioner with a comprehensive panoramic update on case law, covering both significant and recent cases, as well as statutory developments. This course will provide a good round up of the different law and major changes, so as to provide a comprehensive update on domestic abuse legislation and case law.
